Send one WhatsApp message with what you want and where you are. You get back a total and an arrival time. You pay at the door. There is no app, no account to create, and no card details to hand over.
That is deliberate. At one in the morning, nobody wants to install something.
The five steps
1. Message. WhatsApp the number on the site. You do not need to know exact product names — “two cold lagers and a bottle of something dark” is a perfectly orderable message. If you want to browse first, the menu has everything with prices.
2. We confirm the total. Before anything leaves, you get back the items, the price, the delivery fee and a realistic arrival time. Nothing is dispatched until you say yes.
3. You send your address. The most useful thing you can send is a WhatsApp location pin — one tap, and it removes every ambiguity about which gate. If you would rather type it, the landmark matters more than the street name. Almost nobody in Kathmandu navigates by street name.
4. The rider comes. Typical door-to-door is 30–45 minutes from confirmation. Longer on a Friday or Saturday between eleven and one.
5. You pay at the door. Cash, eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer. Nothing is taken up front.
What makes an order faster
- A location pin instead of a typed address. The single biggest one
- A phone that is not on silent. The rider will call from the gate
- Your floor and flat number, if it is an apartment
- Ordering before the rush, if you can predict it
What we will tell you honestly
If something is out of stock, you will be told before you commit rather than finding out when the bag arrives. If a run is going to take an hour, the confirmation message will say an hour. A quoted time we cannot hit is worse for us than a long one you agreed to.
Minimum order and the fee
There is a minimum order and a flat delivery fee, both listed on the contact page. The fee is flat inside the ring road — it does not change with distance, and it does not change with the hour.
What happens to your details
Your number and address are used to bring you the order. That is it. Deliveries are in plain bags, and nobody is told what is in them.
