We cover both sides of the Bagmati — central Kathmandu, the north and north-east, and the Lalitpur side — every night from 10 PM to 4 AM. Typical door-to-door is 30 to 45 minutes from the moment an order is confirmed.
Each neighbourhood has its own page with the landmarks we work from and what is specific about delivering there. This is the overview.
The areas
Central and north Kathmandu — Thamel, Lazimpat, Baluwatar, Maharajgunj. The shortest runs of the night. Thamel is our busiest and Lazimpat is usually our fastest.
East and south-east — Baneshwor (new and old), Koteshwor, Chabahil. Koteshwor covers the ring road junction where the Araniko Highway starts, including Tinkune and Jadibuti. Chabahil is the longest regular run we make, out toward the ring road junction, and it is worth ordering a little earlier there.
Lalitpur — Jhamsikhel, Pulchowk, Kupondole, Sanepa. Kupondole sits right at the Bagmati crossing, which makes it one of the quickest despite being across the river.
What decides the time
The hour. 11 PM to 1 AM is the busiest stretch and adds to every run. Orders at 10 or after 2 usually beat the quoted time.
The night. Friday and Saturday are heavier. Festival nights are heavier again — see ordering around festivals.
The last three hundred metres. Consistently the slowest part. A WhatsApp location pin removes it almost entirely; a typed street name does not, because almost nobody here navigates by street name.
The delivery fee
Flat inside the ring road. It does not change by distance and it does not change by hour. The current figure is on the contact page.
If you are just outside
Message and ask. The list above is where we go every night, not a wall. Runs a little beyond it happen depending on the hour and what else is going out — it is a real answer either way, and it takes one message to get it.
If your area is missing
Tell us. Where people ask from is how the list grows, and several of the areas above are on it because enough people asked.
